(all organic ingredients used)

1-2 baking pumpkins (pie pumpkin)
1 3/4 c heavy cream
1 c whole milk
4 large eggs
2c packed brown sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt

Pie Crust:

(homemade or store bought – gluten free)

2.5 c Spelt flour
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c Butter or coconut oil
2 1/2 tsp cane sugar

Butter dish thoroughly & bake at 375 F in middle of oven for 45-50 min or until crust is brown (filling will continue to set as it cools).

Whipped Cream:
Add some heavy whipping cream & white sugar together – then beat until creamy!
