Preheat oven to 175F
1/2 c raw cashews
1/2 c raw almonds
1/2 c raw pumpkin seeds
3 T cocoa nibs
1 T chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
stevia (to taste)
1 T melted coconut oil
Combine all ingredients cashews through stevia, then pour in melted coconut oil. Mix until nuts-seeds mixture is well coated. Speed evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 45 mins until mixture is dry. Let it cool & store in an airtight container for freshness up to 2 months!
